The position of the house in the middle of the land, the house is surrounded by open space so that air circulation and natural light can be optimal. The large open space is used for gardens and trees which are useful for filtering solar heat and noise, as well as for adding to the beauty of the house. The left open space is used for car parking and circulation of home users.
The house consists of two bedrooms, living room and dining room without dividers. The back of the kitchen and two bathrooms. The terrace is used for a place to relax or sit while enjoying the beauty of the garden.
The appearance of the house adopts tropical house forms, steep roof angles and relatively wide shade to protect the house from heat and rain. The colors used are soft natural colors so that the house looks beautiful and calm.
