Two-story house with five bedrooms, first floor area approximately 70 square meters, second floor area approximately 70 square meters. On the first floor there are two bedrooms side by side, the living room and dining room are one without partitions to make it seem spacious. At the front there is a carport for one car, terrace and garden which are useful for minimizing noise and heat from the sun. The front garden is also useful for beautifying the house. At the back there is an open space which can also be used as a room to dry clothes. The second floor has three bedrooms, a fairly spacious family room. The front also has a balcony.
