The Rustic Estate: A Modern Tropical Sanctuary

This project presents a much more expansive and traditional approach, perfect for a large family or a suburban retreat. The combination of the multi-level roofline and the heavy stone masonry gives it a very grounded, "tropical villa" feel.

This architectural design celebrates the beauty of natural materials and generous spatial planning. Spanning a 17x14 meter layout, the floor plan is expertly divided into a service wing (including a garage, maid’s quarters, and laundry) and a expansive living wing. The heart of the home is a massive 5x7 meter living room that opens directly onto a wide terrace, blurring the lines between indoor comfort and the lush outdoors.

The exterior architecture, or "facade," draws inspiration from tropical-rustic aesthetics. It features a majestic, multi-tiered terracotta clay tile roof that provides excellent thermal insulation. The lower walls are anchored by river stone masonry, providing a rugged, natural texture that contrasts beautifully with the warm timber accents and sleek glass windows.

With three dedicated bedrooms, each featuring its own proximity to a bathroom, this home is designed for those who value privacy without sacrificing the communal spirit of a large, open living area.
